As a globally travelled World Championship Martial Artist, my commitment to health is an important one. This importance is seen as I deliver effective, efficient workouts that train and educate you so that you can reach your fitness peak.
Martial Arts Training
I provide one-to-one private training in Self Defence, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sports Jiu-Jitsu (a mixture of Kick Boxing, Judo, Jiu Jitsu on the ground), and Mixed Martial Arts. If you have something you wish to specifically focus on or want to just experience these sports get in touch.
Fitness Training
I provide fitness testing that will lead to personalised target setting that in turn will allow me to monitor your progression and adapt as necessary. You can focus your training on cardio, fitness, resistance training and improving your flexibility. Nutritional Guidance is also available.
Schools/Group Session
I can provide classes and sessions for children of all ages. I aim to make fitness fun with children so that they can get fit and educated on their fitness. I already work with a number of schools but am always happy to help. I can also work with small groups (i.e. executive bookings etc).
